1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or expedited services.
6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- You can track your package using the link in the shipping confirmation email or on the carrier’s website.
7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at calebreinke206@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Changes or Cancellations
- We can modify or cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible.
